1. Where are you based?
MoscomDesigns is a Kenyan-registered architectural design company serving clients globally, with a strong professional presence in Africa. Our diverse team specializes in creating modern, ready-made, and custom house plans for a wide range of plot sizes and budgets.
2. Can I view a house plan before I buy it?
You can preview all floor plans and see construction cost estimates on our website before purchasing. Full architectural drawings are only provided after checkout. Reviewing the cost estimate helps you choose a house plan you can realistically build.
3. Can I see more images of a house plan?
We are continually adding new 3D renders and visuals. If you want extra images for a specific design, simply contact us. If additional rendering work is required, our team will advise you on any extra fees.
4. What do I receive after purchasing a house plan?
You will get a complete set of architectural construction drawings delivered via email. These include all the documents needed for your builder/contractor. If you need help finding your drawings list, our support team can assist using your plan ID. Additional drawings (if required by your local authority) can be ordered at an extra cost.
5. What are PDF and CAD files?
- PDF: Print-ready drawings that cannot be edited.
- CAD: Editable design files (e.g., AutoCAD) ideal for making changes.
Your download format depends on the package you choose—PDF only or CAD + PDF.
6. Do you also build houses?
No. We specialize in designing and selling construction drawings. You will need a local builder or contractor to handle the actual construction, site supervision, and project management.
7. Are your plans ready for submission to local authorities?
Requirements vary by country and county. Our plans are detailed enough for builders, but you should confirm permit requirements with your local authority. If they request extra documents (such as structural drawings), we can provide them for an additional fee.
8. How do I know if a plan fits my plot?
Each plan includes full building dimensions. If you are unsure, contact our support team with:

- Your plot dimensions

9. What if the plan does not include structural drawings?
Some plans contain structural details, while others require them separately. If your chosen plan does not include structural drawings, you may order them from us for an extra fee.
10. Do the plans come with BOQs?
Some designs include Bills of Quantities (BOQs). Check the drawings list on the plan page or contact support with your plan ID. BOQs can also be ordered separately where needed.
11. Can I modify a house plan?
Yes. We can tailor any design to suit your lifestyle, plot, or local regulations. The cost depends on the complexity of changes. Share your plan ID and requested adjustments, and we will send a quotation.
12. Do you offer custom-designed house plans?

13. Why are custom designs more expensive?
Custom designs are built from scratch and require more time, coordination, and experts (architects, engineers, 3D artists). While ready-made plans are more affordable, a custom plan can save money during construction by matching your needs perfectly.

15. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and bank transfers. If you need assistance with payment, our support team is ready to help.
16. When will I receive my order?
- Ready-made plans: Delivered to your email within 10 minutes to 12 hours.
- Modifications and custom designs: Delivery time is given before work begins, along with a list of drawings and payment terms.
